Return Window

You Have 14 Days

  • Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undisplayed and in original, undamaged packaging.
  • Certain limited or made-to-order pieces may be final sale — this is noted on the product page.
How It Works

The Return Steps

  • 1. Contact us with your order number and reason.
  • 2. We’ll send return instructions and an address.
  • 3. Ship the item back safely (retain your tracking).
  • 4. Once inspected, we process your refund or replacement.
Refunds

Getting Your Money Back

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty Items

Damaged or Defective

If your figure arrives damaged or defective, we cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund. Just send photos when you reach out.
